Refunds:

Refunds will be made through the same method as the original payment. Refunds will be made within 7-10 business days of receipt of the return. Shipping costs are not refundable.

Responsibility of the customer:

The customer is responsible for the shipping costs. Returned products must be in good condition and in their original packaging to be eligible for a refund.
